FAQ
Yes, you can suspend your payments for a total of one month in two week increments each year of your contract. Just fill in the Suspension Form.
Yes, If you are within the 72 cooling off period you can cancel your enrolment! If you are outside the 72 hours you have the option to cancel by paying out the balance of your contract.
Yes, you can adjust your payment frequency, and amounts by filling in the "Payment Adjustments" form, please note that the form will be reviewed and actioned within 10 business days.
There are two (2) different ways to get in touch with the team:
1. Talk to our Ai Agent in the bottom right of this window, We have programmed it to know everything about our procedures. If it doesn't know the answer it will notify us.
2. Go to your circle community and talk to the Ai Agent in your Direct Messages, We have programmed this AI Agent to know everything about the course you have Enrolled into.
